Scenario 1: Athlete Onboarding & Team Join
Test invitation validation, email magic link entry, and athlete profile creation.
11. Access Invite URL with Verification Token
Open the active team invite URL (/join/other-team-token-662664) in a new browser tab or on mobile.
The join screen loads displaying the fraternity/sorority chapter name, league, and a secure email prompt.
💡 Tip: You can test invalid tokens by typing /join/invalid-xyz to verify error handling.
22. Enter @umich.edu Email to Initiate Onboarding
Enter your valid university email (e.g. your_uniqname@umich.edu) and click "Continue to Roster".
The system validates your email, verifies you do not have a duplicate team registration for 2026, and presents the Digital Waiver gate.
33. Verify Team Details & PENDING Waiver Status
Inspect the bottom sheet or card to confirm your assigned chapter and status is "PENDING WAIVER".
The athlete is prompted to sign the 2026 Michigan Mudbowl liability waiver before full clearance is granted.
